It may seem early to talk about an election campaign. For anyone considering running, however, this is already the time to start preparing. <\/p>\n

A campaign begins long before the posters go up. It begins when a candidate decides what place they want to occupy in public debate and how they want to be recognised by the people whose trust they will ask for. Before communicating a candidacy, it needs a clear direction: identifying the issues that can make it distinctive and building an authentic connection with the local area. <\/p>\n

This is where strategy comes into play.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Every candidacy begins with a different story and operates within a context shaped by its own dynamics. Applying a model already used elsewhere means losing precisely what can make the difference. That is why at Bovindo we build communication around the individual: we design an approach that reflects the candidate and is shaped around the campaign\u2019s objectives. Social media are an integral part of a political communication strategy. Our consultancy starts with the candidate \u2014 their profile, communication style and the issues they want to bring to the centre of the debate – to build a distinctive digital presence that is consistent with their identity. <\/p>\n

We analyse positioning and target audiences, define tone of voice, language and editorial guidelines, and identify the formats and content best suited to presenting the candidate and the campaign\u2019s issues. We then build an editorial plan, set priorities for each channel and support the candidate and their team in content production and management, as well as brand identity, <\/span>providing clear guidance on what to communicate, how to do it and with what objective.<\/p>\n

The goal is not to adapt the candidate to the language of social media, but to use social platforms to make their communication more effective and recognisable, while maintaining consistency over time and the ability to adapt as the campaign evolves.<\/p>\n

Online presence is in constant dialogue with what happens offline.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

That is why we complement digital communication with structured press office and media relations activity, designed to strengthen the campaign\u2019s issues, build relationships with the media and support the candidate\u2019s public narrative. The goal is to maintain a recognisable and consistent voice across every point of contact, from the social feed to direct meetings with citizens. <\/p>\n

Visibility also requires preparation. Public exposure can bring critical situations, unexpected interpretations or moments that call for quick, considered responses. Reputational risk management therefore becomes part of the campaign strategy, helping identify potential issues in advance, define scenarios and prepare effective response methods. It is not only about reacting when something happens, but about being prepared. <\/p>\n
